Click the blue wrench icon where you'll find the mask modifiers. They are the last three in the menu.
Click the monitor icon to see in the viewport and click the camera so it can be visible in the render.
There are also shape keys (the green triangle icon), click that and scroll down the bottom of the list and set the Penis hiding shape key to zero.
Also, Meowdass is getting a revamp next year anyway.
