Good question. There will probably be a pause before we add new outfits because we are still figuring out how we want outfits to display with the new player avatar, and we'll probably be redrawing all of them.
There was a prototype with an outfit toggle button, I think it even went out to playtesters. Then the art changed again. The hold up is on the existence of art, not technical implementation.
