If you made this, great job. It's hard to make a game. Yes it's extremely close to celeste, even in my eyes - and I only played Celeste a single time.
However all is not lost. You can still make this game your own thing.
I'm going to assume you had genuine intentions and aren't just making excuses, in which case you need to look into and think about what makes creative works unique while still being inspired from others.
Super meat boy in many ways is a predecessor to Celeste, but no one would scream "copycat!" for these titles. Why is that? Think hard. This isn't an answer you can come up with.
Think about why fiction novels can work eventhough fantasy settings stories have been retold a thousand times. Good luck, you are on the right track.
