Thanks for all your help. 6 ghosts have been returned. I have opened all the doors in the hub except for the one at the very start and I've gained to ability to read all the text. I just need to work out how to unlock the start door. I've read 3 pieces of text on the wall but still not sure what to do.

All the answers are on this pieces of text. If you collected all the larvae, you are free to leave the Cairn.

Just a quick update. I finished the game. My issue was that I was looking for longer words than those in the final messages.

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed the game. I especially liked how the stage backgrounds changed as you progressed.
