Put the toppings in order:
1. Syrup
2. Ice cream (if requested. will always be with syrup)
3. cookies (if requested. will always be with syrup & ice cream)
If i suck at explaining things :-) ---> If the customer wants only syrup: put syrup. If the customer wants syrup and ice cream: put syrup first and then ice cream. If the customer wants syrup, ice cream, and cookies: put on the syrup first, then the ice cream, and then the cookies. Hope this helps
