Out of the link in the page should appears also an "advertising" about the meeting while going around for the campus, you recall if you saw it?

Anyway send a save file on discord so they can check what happening.. is really strange will let you set the appointment then nobody will show..

You need to click on the building on Ginseng Road, then choose the right office.. Out of suggestions otherwise..

You're using the last version? V 0.7.4f (they did a bugfix yesterday, so could be has been already fixed)
