Also, since you put your focus on the house now, I do have a suggestion:
I don't know how technically feasible it is, but would it be possible to deploy a self-made character in the house? Like loading in an image of a character you have previously created (similarly to how you change the character you are playing as). The sex actions wouldn't have to be anything special, but having sex with two characters you have created would definitely be fire. How much work would that be to implement?
