I think a compendium would be helpful. Like Gardevoir also has stats that says "spreading the main target's prejudices." I don't know what's that supposed to mean. Also what does "damages all cursed enemies" mean?
no clue about the first one but when a pokemon with that attacks it puts a curse marker on any pokemon it can hit and does damage to all the pokemon that already have a curse marker
