Hello PierreBazou, thank you for the interest - Playing One Ring modules with an Odd-like framework was a huge motivation for this project so I hope you find it easily compatible! Wilderlands is a bit less deadly than Cairn, due to the addition of the Songs to aid your Heroes in combat, along with rolling slightly higher stats. However, I feel that the threat of lethality should always be present in an OSR game, and Wilderlands is no exception - your Heroes will always be risking death on an adventure. To that point, it is slightly more lethal than The One Ring, and so I have found that more careful play from my players is rewarded.
Thanks a lot for your answer DedZeppelin. I am not found of superheroic fantasy, but I do not like killing my PCs by mistake with a system that I (and they) don't master yet. Since I'm a huge fan of my PCs I'm used to start my Searcher of the Unknown or Whitebox campaign lvl 1 with max HP or lvl 2 or 3. For me it is ok to see them die if they realy made a stupid decision, but not because I didn't warn them enough about the danger. I have the feeling that the various songs and sagas are very promising for the "heroic" feel of the campaign and I prefer that a lot to Cairn's spellbooks. I love the esthetic of your game and I can't wait to see other contents.
