Honestly I'd personally say "forget the people that get butthurt over fetish content and not anything to do with the game."You'll never make those people happy. I see it all over itch.io and tfgames. I remember SQ cruise ship on tfgames getting review bombed for BBC content. And that was one of my favorite sissification games.
I personally love the direction this game is going. The twist at the end of the current series has me wondering where this game will go in the future.
Personally I like the art as well, the stylization. Miss lust really could have a better default facial expression then "staring into my soul with the intensity of a thousand uncanny valleys" but maybe that's just part of the horror unsettling scene you were going for?
EDIT: I was eventually able to figure out other routes on the submissive side.

I agree with what you said about fetish content; the game clearly states what it offers from the start, and I believe everyone should be able to decide for themselves. It’s simply not possible to please everyone.
I can say that Miss Lust’s slightly unsettling stare is partly intentional, as she always maintains a certain expression.
