I finally got the chance to go through the entire game through a new save and played the game again like it's me first time. Gotta say, there were things I like and didn't like as much.
For starters, I really liked the improvements done to the game, the rollback crash that plagued the last 4 versions is no longer there in this version. Instead of copy pasting the old scenes from the past version, all the dialogue and text was retouched and even got some extensions that added some good length. I really like Elizabeth's story, I like that the first actual meat in the game was with the girl who had the least interest in you. Also, every update we got more and more lore about Ms. Maeve Midnight and I'm interested to see where this goes (not saying for spoiler reasons) but I feel like I've seen the plot somewhere before... hmm...
Next, I wish we had just a little more stuff with Jade, I feel like this update deleted some oh her interactions and progression from the last update and kinda just lobotomized our best friend (T~T) I wanted to do the scene where I can freely hang out with her again in her casual clothes but it was removed. I couldn't even talk to her anymore. But I think it's a good sacrifice if we get like 3 more extra lore dialogue for her and a new quest.
Last, there were a lot of typos and a few texts that made me think it could've been written differently to sound better. There were parts I could tell were definitely written by one person and by someone else all within the same scene but like the dev said, we came here to fap to cute witch girls, so I wasn't that bothered by it at all.
Hope to see more in the future and more full character quests too! Maybe Lilith and Jade next? They're my favorite after Annie and Ms. Maeve😢
P.S. I really LOVED the Ms. Maeve redesign, it's starting to grow on me especially when her eyes are opened just MWAH!
