are the saves able to be transferred over different versions?
They should be! RPGmaker can be odd about that at times, but give it a shot and most of the time it should work.
oh I've been playing on a new save for an hour, trying to reach my previous version. Do I have to manually move the save over??
Ah right, my apologies. If you still have the old game, you can open it, look for the file titled "Save" inside of the file "www" copy, then go into the new game file and into "www" and paste it there.
