A fun idea I had even if I'm not sure how realistic it is to achieve is a second loop using findable items (like the cow bell and the red potion) that have tangible effects on how the game play mechanics/fetishes included. Like the Cowbell functions like the passive growth thing, normal nipple piercings, bell nipple piercings that have the same effect as the cowbell (thus making it harder) red potion adds a fetish, maybe belly expansion?? or it could be the hyper nipple fetish. IDK i just thought it was a really awesome concept even if it's unlikely that you'll implement them. (mostly cause i'd imagine the art to be really friggin expensive)
