Pretty sure you cannot. The winter/christmas stuff is a global, forced event which overrides all of your settings, forcing the mode to remain active for... however long it was hand-coded to remain.
You can try doing some system clock fuckery but that's a bandaid solution, at best. I recommend you don't.
