This is actually rather perfect! I've been playing CAIN and wanted some of that FitD gameplay in LANCER, so thank you for your efforts in writing this!
Thank you! It was originally intended to be a quick hack so some friends and I could play with more substantial narrative rules, and then it grew into something of a passion project, so it's great to hear it's been useful beyond that.
