Ran into this same exact problem. However, I did manage to find a work around. If you travel all the way down to the bottom of Zennia Brazza you can actually long jump over to where the Flooded Brazza entrance is.
GOin to the worm area there's an new area with an elevator u can access actually, so u can revist green-zone
