Go to the location west of Vault 69, there will be a quest icon on the location.
Is it there?I just downloaded 0.5.16 and I can't see anything.Just have the Puper-Mermaid quest active with Nikki.
If you are in the process of completing Nikki's quest and are currently in contact with Caesar, then you cannot leave this location until this part of the quest is completed.
I've finished that quest now but still don't see a new location for Quest 67.
