I personally haven’t done any tutorials other than a setup guide overview of my first person project but there are a few official ones from O3DE on their YouTube channel. Though honestly it’s very much an engine that isn’t beginner friendly currently.

You’ll need some understanding of game engines such as unreal or unity, and some scripting experience to be able to know what to look for in terms of equivalent functions and tools. 

My recommendation is to join the official discord and attend the monthly video conferences.
