For the gender preference, is that active yet? I have my game set to no female partners and I've met three of the romancable characters who are women. Is that toggle just for random encounters?
You still meet the characters but it'll skip their ero scenes iirc. for example Rinny doesn't bug you for sex when you walk into the succubus tower.
