Ran into a slight bug... I know it happens with the new addition to the library. If you get caught by the library creature, it goes through the scene and drops you next to the well outside. Then this screenshot happens when you try to re-enter the mansion, causing you to end up back next to the well afterwards. That ends up resulting in kind of a soft-lock situation.
