All Pokémon evolve at their normal levels, except those that have a special condition such as a stone or a trade. If I’m not missing any, they are the following:
Machamp: 42
Lucario: 20
Sunflora: 20
Tangrowth: 36
Whimsicott: 28
Lilligant: 28
Starmie: 33
Murkrow: 40
Clefable: 25
Alakazam: 50
Gengar: 50
There’s also a bug with Octillery and Clawitzer that makes both of them evolve at level 30 instead of 25 and 37 respectively. It will be patched soon.
