A lot of "no's" go ignored in the narrative. A lot of non-consensual, questionable stuff going on here, including drugging food, non-consensual bondage, and suggestions (threats?) of rape and abuse.
The "player" or "main character" should be able to honor a girl's "no."
I'm sure I'm among the minority here, but it makes it hard to continue engaging in this.
Out of a lot of h games I've played this is among the more respectable ones. There are a few "no's" disregarded, and yes, that does make it a little difficult to engage with further, but it isn't excessive. In fact, the only person drugged and forced into a sex scene that I know of in this game is the player character. I am aware of Maxy/Mary's mother being drugged, however you do get the choice to be respectful and decline. The one time it is an issue is if you're a completionist, but even then if you didn't engage in that scene, it still gets added as far as I'm aware. Actually now that I think of it, most if not all scenes initiated by the player character can be avoided if it isn't your cup of tea.
Also not sure what the hell that other response to your concern is but I believe it deserves more dislikes.
