The goddess herself - in Lanaya's story arc, select '*Another round of “Never have I ever...”*'. Meet guys at all 3 tables (right-bottom corner of the Hall, center of the Hall, and on the left side of the Hall), after that you'll get the scene where Luna and Lanaya have a conversation about new lewd questions. After that go to the roof and talk with Aldred. Ask him about his personal business in the tavern. Leave the dialogue. After that click on the exclamation mark icon. After that you'll get the scene.
