and i mentioned apoc because you could do things thru a metro style map over a on top side map
think metro where you travel thru them to each location you could setup checkpoints on the map and small tunnels this also gives you a moduler style and its much easier as you can make everything outside the main design either brown like dirt or grey like concreate
