DeepInstinct and SentinelOne are both Machine Learning scanners and known for false positives, you're generally safe to ignore these two if all the other antivirus say things look good (especially for the "Suspicious" flags, these don't mean anything more than "this is probably bad but idk")
I just uploaded a completely reworked version of the app as well, so hopefully that helps
