If anyone's stuck with the DLC, the creature has stressed that you have to delete everything and restart the game all the way from the start.
I deleted everything, and i mean EVERYTHING. Any existence of the game from my laptop by going into the files, searching 14dayswithyou, and deleting EVERYTHING. Then downloading the base game and DLC again, adding the DLC to the game file, and it worked.
