I haven't played this game in a bit, but I'll try my best to remember. Once you beat level 11, you can go back to levels 3, 5, and 8 I think and continue onto level 13 or 15. There are girls hidden in those levels you need to find and save. Saving them will unlock levels in Annie's Adventure.
