Thats weird. I had a constant fly sound effect playing which triggered my clean freak instincts and went to completely clean the base... My guess is that the piece of poop managed to make a ''poop stain'' somewhere in your base. The poop stain triggers the fly sound effect. Or maybe the poop fell under the base floor? .
Theres an option to clear the all the thrash piles in the base... Did you use that?

Fixed it, but save resetting didn't help. What fixed it was a bucket of water being poured on the spot the poop was. I saw the flies and dumped a bucket of water there and that apparently fixed it. The only reason why I didn't try something so simple in the first place was because I had already sprayed the area with the portable pressure washer. Mb for the post the sound was driving me crazy and I had been trying to fix it for an hour.
