Hi there! I'm not the developer, but I'm a mac user. It looks like you're on macOS 26, which I'm not, and that may be relevant to your problem, but a couple of questions for you:
- Are you using the itch.io launcher? If so, have you tried downloading & running the app independently of the itch.io launcher?
- How much free disk space do you have?
- Do you have a "CosyCafe" directory in ~/Library/RenPy/? Mine looks like: `~/Library/RenPy/CosyCafe-1642864769/` If you do not have that, what happens if you create it and then try running again?
