Anyways The issue with scrap blueprints is a very rare bug that happens when you are making stuff..
Quicksave, close The game and open it again, Then make The thing.. It should solve it for The Time being
I tried that. No good, and furthermore, the options from the manual disappeared as well. Should I scrap the save and restart?
