Thanks for playing!

For what it's worth, the safe puzzle is easily the most "involved" in the whole game, on account of the fact that it requires you to either take notes or memorise hints from different areas of the game and figure out how to use them to figure out the safe's code. Don't feel too bad if you couldn't figure it out, I'd probably get stuck too if I hadn't written the thing.

Even if you weren't able to reach the end, I'm glad to hear you were able to have fun. Maybe someday if I get around to doing updates on the game, I'll include the actual solutions within the in-game hints system for people who get too stuck to continue all the way.

That update would be cool to see! I did get part way to a solution for the safe (I dunno how to hide spoilers so SPOILER WARNING IF ANYONE ELSE READS THIS) tying the stars seen at certain points in the game to the moon type with them and presumably the number of stars each time is a number in the combination; I think having to try and go back and find all ten, if that was what was intended, just felt a little daunting, plus I wasn't sure how I would order them when I started finding multiples of the same moon type with different stars. Unless I misinterpreted the puzzle entirely. So it feels like I missed one key point somewhere? But I also feel like I got really close to the ending so definitely interested in a future update that helps me see it!
