I had to bust out a google spreadsheet to keep track of everything, and it was wonderful. Even cracked all the secret files by myself, except for one. Last puzzle game to make me do this was Obra Dinn, so I would say mission accomplished on your end!
I loved every second of it. If anyone knows more games like this one please chuck them my way.
