I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I'm not able to talk to Harold about the caravan's guard. I've checked the guide but it says that it's always avaliable; and when I tried the wiki but that didn't answer anything. I really want to finish the bandit camp event so if anyone knows what the problem is please tell me 🙏🙏🙏
