this touches a difficult topic and it does so in a hopeful way. i played multiple times to see all the endings! it was a bit too short and the endings were too abrupt/rushed to be impactful for me, but this is also a matter of taste. in either case, i'm sure with practice you'll be able to convey your message with more polish :)

Abuse in relationships is always a hard topic, thank you for such a hopeful story. I know myself how hard it is to learn to write in English, but practice makes perfect, so keep at it! :)

The way the partner tries to smooth over a slap by showering with gifts before a more serious escalation is sadly a sign the relationship is unsalvageable, as those gifts mean they are incapable of properly taking responsibility.
The support system and recovery after such an event are portrayed well, and it is good that a parent's perspective is also included.

A short story written with heart that realistically tells the subtle ways trauma creeps into perfectly normal lives. I find the message that it's ultimately sent across, despite the darkness, very uplifting and wholesome. I would love to have more stories in this format and style.

Interesting concept and story. It is sadly let down by many typos and grammatical mistakes which make it hard to read or even understand in some places. Great job though!
