I downloaded and extracted the ZIP folder, and checked its contents, but there was no VST file. Where is it?

I have downloaded and extracted it again, but unfortunately, the .vst file is still not included.
Upon checking the file formats, most of them appear to be for macOS. Could you please confirm whether “Pixel Keys” can be used on Windows?
