Hi! Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm in the middle of writing solstice special, and your words fuel me to keep writing 🥰

The style you train Finn (the kid) is related to your personality. Triggerhappy MC (the Artist) likes to annoy the opponent and is a bit showy. While Evenkeeled MC (the Ghost) is efficient and doesn't like to waste time, a straight counter is more of their style. There's no wrong style; it's just the preferred style.

For the flirting, there will be a soft lock-in in chapter 4 because you have to pick whom you spend time with (can't tell you more because it's spoilery), but you can still flirt with others after that, yet they might call you out, get jealous, or even walk away 😏

Do you mean drama as in angst?

  • On scale 1 to 10, Simon/Simone is 12. A long-lost childhood friend who is now a detective hunting you? Maximum angst, maximum drama. Can't wait to write the scenes.
  • Elisa is second, probably 8? It's because both of you are afraid to be honest about your feeling, and you are also afraid that romance will ruin your work relationships. But it's more angsty from both of you.
  • And then Jinwoo and Padma are quite equal, probably around 5-7, depending on your integrity.
  • Lastly is Leo, probably 2-3. Leo is the whole forest, minimum drama (the drama is from you, the MC), supportive, and respectful to your boundaries.

The girl who died in the factory will be mentioned in conversation later.

Many things would be interesting to explore, such as MC's first job as an assassin, Leo's first time meeting Jinwoo, Simon/Simone's promotion as a detective, and more. But some of them might derail the main story, so I probably will write them as side stories.

I'm currently writing a side story of Solstice special and hopefully it'll help you and others to understand the characters more.

Thank you again for your kind words. I posted the updates in COG forum, and I got good traffic from there.  I'd be more than happy if you'd like to share this story elsewhere, feel free to do so 😊
