Hey thanks for picking it up! Good eye spotting that, I'll be clarifying that in an updated pdf soon. But in the mean time i would suggest starting with 1d10+5 with a max of 10 total fuel points. As far as resupply goes, when you roll a truck stop, I would roll play that however you'd like, the shore leave rules are good but I wouldn't set credit prices for fuel, just roll 1d10 for your resupplied fuel points.
