I keep on dying and dying against the Bandit Leader. I am about to delete the game in which I have over 8 hours invested because I can't afford to restart nor can I defeat the boss. I always manage to kill the two bodyguards but then new ones spawn and I just...can't. My healing items run out, I get insta-killed by a 1000-damage hit, I get my own hits deflected back at me. I REALLY need ANY advice on how to continue. I already managed to free the merchants, so I can't go left, and I have a locked gate where I need a key. I assume the key is with the bandit leader but I can't advance without killing her anyway, so killing her is my main priority. If someone knows where I can get unlimited healing potions or if I can skip the boss fight entirely, please tell me

The balance isn't great atm. If you're stuck because of the damage balance, the only things that you could do for now might just grind your level up from the previous bandit encounters, or if you're stuck because of the gauge keep getting high, you might need the meditation skills for that because the skill able to reduce said gauge.

Damn. Thanks for the answer. I think I am really not ready for this kind of combat. I was already struggling before with the other bosses. Good game though!

Ok, uh... is the meditation skill that decreases the fear gauge different from the 5 TP cost skill to restore mana? Because if it is not then it isn't working for me. I am not on the patreon version.

The feature is newly added, so it only works on Patreon version (for now).

Oh. Thanks for the information. Had to grind out levels like crazy so that I was nearly impossible to hit with elven grace. Side note I uh... can't escape the bandit camp. The second the bossfight is over I can just... go back into the room to fight her again? I have the key but the door won't open. The lever is flipped so I don't know what is going on.

Have you finished fighting her again? Or have you found the blue potions too? This is a bug that someone else also had reported, but according to them, when you finished fighting her for the second time, you should be able to get out of the cave.

Geez. I totally missed those blue potion! SERIOUSLY are you kidding me! This would have made it trivial before since I am like level 18 and was still preparing for a bad time! Also no I have not tried refighting her since I typically finish it with 3 out of 4 fear.

You supposed to find the blue potions first and finally go to face the bandit leader, which supposedly unwinnable without drinking it. But from your case, I know that you can still win against the bandit leader even without drinking the blue potions and I might have to fix it XD

use rpg maker save editor and change your HP or DMG ^__^
