Hey. Yes, the tutorial section is poorly done. It was intended to be much more comprehensive, but towards the end we ran out of time to finish it. So we went with something simpler, removing what was already there. But this made the cooking section unstable. We're actively working on it and it will be available very soon. Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks, could you then tell me what exactly do i need to do to chop potatoes after placing them on cutting board?

-Click on the cupboard on the left, then click on the potato icon in the top left corner.

*There are two object slots. The ones at the bottom are for reference and assembly. There are also two icons that appear in the bottom right and to your left. These are the small icons you need to use to pick up and drop an object.

-Click on the cutting board, then click on the potato that's on the small icon (by default, it appears on the one on the left).

-When the potato is on the board, click on it to make a square appear above it. Then continue clicking until the potato is transformed (cut).

-When it's transformed, exit the cutting screen (right-click) and then click again on the small pieces of potato. To put them back in your hand, click on one of the small white squares to pick up the raw rancher potatoes.

*To pick up and drop an item, use the white icons or the icon with the item inside. Click on it to pick up or drop the item inside.

-Then go to the stove on the right and place the raw rancher potatoes on it. Next, exit the stove screen with a right-click to start cooking (the food won't cook while you're in the cooking screen). Once cooked, retrieve the food.

- Take a Tray from the cupboard just to the right of the stove and place it on the table.

- When the tray is on the table, you can interact with it by clicking on it to open the assembly screen.

!Warning: If you click on a hand (the small one around the character) after placing the tray, you'll pick it up. Even if it's not set up correctly yet, this will ruin your dish!

- At this point, you can click on the Raw Ranger potatoes at the bottom of the screen, directly on the large hands. During assembly, we'll use the hands on the right and left of the screen. This will add the Rancher potatoes to the tray.

- Exit the assembly screen with a right-click and go get the Ketchup just above and to the left of your Add the character to your rancher potato container. Press OK and "Bonne appétit!" :D

The new version will be released soon with a more detailed tutorial. I hope I can count on your feedback in the future to make it more accessible. Again, sorry for this and thank you for your feedback and interest.

I'm available for any further questions. Apologies for the delay in responding to this message. I've been experiencing bouts of fatigue since the end of the jam session, so I fall asleep at any moment.

Cya!
