I think as it is its pretty good, but you might benefit from a few additional sounds coming from the npc's so they dont repeat the same noise constantly, when playing/being chased by something repeatedly, the constant sound loop can get a bit repetitive/annoying. just a few sounds to rotate between might make the npcs feel fresher and more alive.
