Sounds good!

So it sounds like with this new update, you recommend playing the game over from scratch, since we can't just jump into old scenarios? With Sonya and Seraphina, there were new scenarios added, so we could just go from where we were in the relationship - but with this update, there may be rewrites and updates to old scripts, in which case we should start a new playthrough?

Or am I misreading?

Depends on how long ago you played.

This new update - MC's Room Overhaul reworks how player bedroom works and adds new content, but it doesn't rework any characters, so you can use your saves.

But if the last time you played was 2+ years ago, then yes, you should do a new playthrough.

My playthrough was this summer, so sounds like I'm good - but dammit this is a fun game, so maybe I'll play it through again anyway :-D
