Not in the menu directly, but when you start a new game, you're asked whether you wanna play the game, or check the rewatch house directly, with everything already unlocked. That's a feature from all the way back to the beginning of the game's development, when importing save files between updates would cause bugs, so that way people didn't have to start from scratch every single month just to see the latest smut additions. By now it's usually save to use older save files in later updates (if the versions aren't too far apart), but Spedumon doesn't wanna mess with the game's code anymore, so the gallery's still there right at the start.
