that... would work but there's a problem that's probably what the player character would want as it's multiple steps closer to their goal being male again so it needs to be far into the story or atleast deep into it
So tomboy corruption instead; short hair, fit build, etc
yeah, and it could center around fast attacks and shoving or something idk
