Hello, question, do you have the version just before SAGE2025? This is because it seems I have issues with running it on something called portmaster, if you know what that is.
I do have a version though it's quite a bit older than the sage 2025 build. I haven't heard of port master before. Unfortunately I cannot test my game in general (or work on it) atm because game maker corrupted my pc and I had to use system restore points. Game maker technical support have been useless and can't find anything wrong with their program that crashed my pc and corrupted it.
Portmaster a framework and shims to allow it to run on retro setups like Batocera, AmberELEC, etc. Mostly it allows apps to run on very specific hardware. Raspberry Pi being one. I'm trying to find that specific version also since the porter hasn't updated his port.
Just checked the port and its using the android loader to run this. Not sure how i could update the port if the original porter doesn't.
Idk anything about this topic sorry. I'm currently moving out and also going through the long process of getting everything ready on my pc to try again with game maker, but there's a lot of work that needs to be done still. I have to be ready for game maker potentially corrupting my pc again and me having to use system restore points yet again.
Well if you need help I'm a senior software engineer. If you could make the previous version available for download you would make a lot of RG351P/M handheld game systems happy. The installer sends everyone here to ensure their copy of your game is obtained legally and to ensure that they have paid if necessary.
I don't know if I have the older build, I'll have to double check. But fortunately I've regained access to my game so I could try making a new build if I don't have the older version.
EDIT: I don't actually remember what the old version was called. I do have 'XGA.01.05.2024' which still has the limited ammo mechanics before I removed them in later builds.
EDIT2: Game maker is not working again
-_-
EDIT3: Everything is working again. At least for now.
