i learned the problem when you launch the game at the top left conner there is a folder that says 14dayswithyou click that and look to the side that says bonus and choose yes and the rest from there is ho you get the goods
I thought this folder was for starting the game since it always asks for my name and then starts the game T-T I'll try uninstalling and clicking again when I reinstall. But thank u <3
