Thanks for the advice, but not what I meant. I mean the no cumming challenge as slave on 2nd attempt. Just more hp?
The ignore option isn't there because you have Slave Hipno Perk. I don't think there is a way to change difficulty. If you want to get rid of the Slave Perk, complete Kotone's test:
Complete the questions of the First Trial, resist the temptation of the Second Trial, beat Aiko and Beat the Commanders on hard.
With these you complete Kotone's Test and give you the option of get ride of the Slave Perk. If you want the perk again just do hipno sessions.
You don't need to start a new save on a hard mode. The beating commanders on hard is taking them on at the same time. I did this on easy mode, and I got rid of the slave perk.
The 2nd trial can be beat if you have high willpower and high max arousal. I had my willpower at 41 and max arousal at 310 before I could beat it with the slave perk.
