So, let me see if I understand what you're saying...  A parent who has a full time job means they're working a minimum of 8 hours a day (during 5 days a week) in the same to be nice they only have one child versus two children or in the case of some families up to six children... They are supposed to somehow monitor those six children all 18 hours a day that they're awake (assuming the kids actually sleep a full 8 hours everyday) and make sure that ALL of the children (like I said between 1 and 6) don't get access to a gift card, your bank or credit card, or even at a friend's house look at and view adult content?  I don't know that's you but if you're sleeping even 6 hours every night and you're working 8 hours every day for 5 days a week that's 13/24 hours a day for at least 5 days a week that you are unable to monitor even one child so how are you supposed to do that with up to six?  In short it is literally impossible even for a helicopter parent... Let alone a normal parent that might also want to have time to I don't know interact with their spouse... In short it's completely illogical and unreasonable to expect a parent to be able to monitor their child the way you seem to be suggesting they should.
