Pregnancy content should be allowed for all characters. Just an option on the menu to disable it. Anna has to be at the very least due to the bedroom scene. Allowing her to then look like some characters in the mall that are heavily pregnant. Plus sex scenes in the costumes while heavily pregnant.
Other characters I can understand not wanting that, but for those like myself who enjoy the pregnancy fetish, the more characters and details the better.
