i really enjoyed reading this VN! you clearly know how to write daniel and walter very well and in-character. it's great to see them interacting with the world outside of the original comic. the original story and its plot beats are interesting too. i liked the art sprites as well! the expressions for daniel and walter were great to see. the current main ending (i assume?) leaves off on a bittersweet note, but a natural one for daniel and walter. one of my favorite details is how the name and color of the person speaking changes based on if theyre in their vigilante costume or not. great attention to detail!

i do have some small critiques, however. i dont know if its just because i didnt get a certain ending, or because the game is still in development, but i didnt feel like i truly got to see daniel and walter reconcile. i hope that we get to see a different option in the future. also, i feel like the text and dialogue could use some proofreading, since some of the words were misspelled or had improper grammar.

overall, this was great to read, and im planning on following this VN to see if anything changes during its development in the future! best of luck to the dev team! im very excited to see where it goes!

Thank you for leaving this very long and satisfying comment, we're happy to see our pros and cons from everyone's perspective!! Your experience with this game will help us a lot to develop further :)))

Personally I'm glad that we share the same vision about Dan and Walter's relationship. I think the fact that they were so closed and had so much in common that they were able to be partners for years yet ended up splitted up by Keene Act is very interesting, and that's what I wanted to dive into from the beginning! But I agree with you about the reconcile part. I was struggling to find a way for them to solve their disagreement and we didn't give them a proper happy ending.

We're also very sorry about the grammar and mispelled dialogues. Both me and my partner are not English speaker. At the time, we were so focused on drawing and coding that we gave less time for proofreading. When we revisit this small project (maybe to add another ending where Dan and Rorschach has a real conversation), we will try our best to improve this!

Again, many thanks to you. Hope you have a nice day! We will soon be back to developing I hope!!
