First time hearing of this issue. Are you using the right attachers? The butt-n-top only works with the fixed head and the other grapples are for the dangle heads.
my bro, I'll admit I made a tiny mistake, after trying again and changing some mods in my save i got the butt-n-top to work, the dangle head grapples don't work for me, cant figure it out either
